Charles has 42 years experience of Law Practice and Title representation closing more than 30,000 transactions of residential, commercial, multi-family, land, refinances, transfer of promissary notes and mortgages.
Charles' educational includes a BBA from the University of Texas, LLB from Baylor University as well as Juris Doctor from Baylor University.

Clayton Gumm
Clayton's primary responsibility is loan origination, underwriting, secondary real estate market transactions, client relations and deal generation for the lending side of the company. Clayton has been involved in residential and commercial real estate since 1993. He has participated and been successful in multiple facets of residential and commercial real estate. Over his career, Clayton has originated over $100 million in real estate loans, underwritten over $75 million in real estate investments, sold or brokered over $100 million in property and generated millions of dollars in revenue for his various business ventures.
Clayton holds an active real estate mortgage and real estate brokerage license for the State of Texas. His educational background consists of a M.B.A in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Texas and a B.BA in Real Estate Finance from Baylor University.
